🚀 QIDI Plus5 3D Printer
The New Benchmark in 3D Engineering: Expanded 320×320×300 mm Build Volume, 65°C Actively Heated Chamber, and 370°C Hotend.

If you need to print large, industrial-grade functional components with challenging materials such as Carbon Fiber Nylon (PA-CF), PPS-CF, PC, ABS, or ASA without layer delamination or warping, the QIDI Plus5 is the ultimate workstation for your bench.

Building on QIDI Tech’s proven industrial lineup, the Plus5 delivers an 18% larger build volume (320×320×300 mm), an actively heated 65°C chamber powered by forced air convection, and a high-performance bimetal hotend reaching up to 370°C. Its high-speed CoreXY kinematics are built on rigid linear rails and wide 9 mm belts (1.5GT pitch), driven by dual independent Z-axis motors with fully automated load-cell calibration. Furthermore, native integration with the QIDI BOX ecosystem enables seamless multi-material and multi-color printing with active filament drying.

📌 KEY FEATURES & HIGHLIGHTS (USPs)

  • 18% Expanded Build Volume (320 x 320 x 300 mm): Generous build space designed for large single-piece prototypes and batch manufacturing with minimal assembly requirements.
  • Fully Enclosed 65°C Actively Heated Chamber: True internal ambient thermal management that eliminates internal stress and warping across engineering polymers (ABS, ASA, PC, PA, PPS).
  • High-Temperature Extrusion up to 370°C: Factory-installed bimetal hotend paired with hardened steel dual-drive gears, ready for abrasive carbon fiber and glass fiber composites out of the box.
  • CoreXY Motion with 9 mm Belts & Linear Rails: 9 mm wide belts (1.5GT) and heavy-duty metal rails on the X-axis eliminate ringing and vibration artifacts even at accelerations up to 20,000 mm/s²
  • Fully Automated Load-Cell Bed Leveling: Direct surface-contact calibration without manual adjustment, guaranteeing a flawless, consistent first layer.
  • Integrated AI Smart Camera: Live remote monitoring, automated spaghetti/failure detection, and the ability to skip defective objects in multi-part print jobs.
  • QIDI BOX Multi-Color / Multi-Material Ecosystem: Enclosed automated feeding system with active heated filament drying for up to 4 spools simultaneously.

🛠️ COMPATIBLE MATERIALS & APPLICATIONS

  • Standard & High-Speed Filaments: PLA, PLA-CF, PETG, PETG-CF, TPU (95A/HF/Aero), SILK.
  • Technical & Automotive Compounds: ABS, ASA, PC, PC/ABS-FR, ABS-GF25, ASA-CF20.
  • Ultra-Engineering Superpolymers: PAHT-CF (PPA-CF), PAHT-GF, PA12-CF, UltraPA-CF25, PPS, PPS-CF, and PPS-GF20.
  • Typical Applications: Intake manifolds, welding/assembly jigs, under-the-hood automotive brackets, heavy-duty tool housings, and lightweight aerospace components.
